Ever since Tori was young, ministry was a large part of her life. She accepted Christ at a young age and was bold about her faith. She grew up as a pastor’s kid learning what it means to love God and love others. She went to school at Moody Bible Institute, earning a B.A. in Pre-Counseling in 2015. It was at Moody where Tori met her husband, Luke Humphreys. They were married in 2016.

Shortly thereafter, Tori started working at Houston Christian University as an Administrative Assistant to the Dean in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences in Houston, Texas. Soon their first son, Emmanuel was born. Tori transitioned to working from home through an apartment ministry called Community Life where she and Luke planned monthly events, welcomed new neighbors, and discipled those longing to go deeper.

Tori and her family moved back to Chicago in 2021 where their second son, Jordan, was born. Tori received a certification in Life Coaching from iPEC where she began coaching creatives and moms desiring to create space for themselves. She still does coaching on the side. She currently attends Chicago West Bible Church on the Westside of Chicago. There she served as an Administrative Assistant in Children’s Ministry for a year prior to  transitioning to Trinity Evangelical Covenant Church. Tori is thrilled to use her administrative skills and passion for serving others to glorify God and make His name known.
